Welcome to our cozy, quiet custom home in the safe and friendly Fraserview neighbourhood! Our home is conveniently located close to the airport and bus stops.
Our corner house features 3 floors, a basement, 1st floor, and a 2nd floor, as well as a fully fenced front and backyard. Natural sunlight floods the house from the roof skylight, making it a cozy and bright space. Plus, the master bedroom has a jacuzzi and a private balcony with a view. The balcony provides the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning.
We provide 1 set of towels for each guest including a washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel.
All bedding and towels are washed after each stay.
We also have a keypad door lock for each bedroom to ensure your privacy.
On the first floor, you will find 1 bedroom, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. Simple cookware and dishes are also available. Dining areas have enough dining tables and chairs for 10 people. Additionally, there is a washroom with a washer and dryer.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own full bathrooms, and the other 2 shares a balcony and a full bathroom. Our bathrooms have a standing shower, 2 bathtub shower combos, and a jacuzzi tub. The second floor is covered with brand-new wooden flooring. Multiple windows with brand-new Zebra Blinds Blackout Fabric Roller in Gray, providing both natural light and privacy. You can adjust the level of light entering the room to your liking.
A family is living in the basement. HOWEVER, there are locked doors, and they cannot access the first and second floors. Rest assured that both you and the family in the basement have your private entrances.
