Located in one of the deserts’ most exclusive neighborhoods, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath William Krisel designed jewel features mid-century architecture with a stylish modern flair. In addition to two shared community pools, this beauty has its own private pool. Perfectly positioned on the ever-popular Indian Canyons Golf Course, off hole #1, and adjacent to the clubhouse, this desert gem offers stunning views of the majestic San Jacinto Mountain, San Bernardino Mountains, and the Historic Disney fountain. Featuring high 20ft ceilings, the contemporary Great Room offers ample double seating areas in an open space with indoor ambient lighting complete with Alexa command. Friends and family can relax in front of the 55" flat-screen TV or catch a sunset over the postcard-perfect mountains.
