The Space:
Upon opening the front door, you are met with breathtaking views of the bay. The ocean breeze allows you to feel at one with the outdoors in the open-air living space, designed by renowned architect Zozaya Architectos to "innovate the way of living in nature".
The apartment is furnished with works by local artisans and allows you to have two places to work, read and rest.
The kitchen comes well equipped with new high-end appliances and amenities should you wish to "cook at home". Also, for your convenience, there is a coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave/convection oven. To get you off to a good start, filtered water, salt and pepper, olive oil and coffee will be provided. Enjoy your music with a wireless Bose speaker and connect to high-speed Internet and WIFI throughout the apartment. You can recline on the sofa and enjoy Netflix or Hulu on the smart TV. It is located in the center of Playa Madera, just a 10 minute walk along the bay of El Centro. The building has an elevator and no stairs are required to enter this home.
Getting Around:
You can walk out of the building onto the street and hail a cab at the cab stand outside, or exit through the lower entrance that leads down to the beach and the "Paseo de Pescador" coastal path. You will soon find your feet in the sand of La Madera beach, which offers gentle waves, great restaurants and even relaxing massages. Another 10 minutes takes you to the center of town where you can go shopping or just sit and watch the fishermen arrive each morning. A 10 minute walk in the other direction takes you to La Ropa Beach, which is hailed as one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico.
