"Villa Chara" was designed by a renown Croatian Architect in 2020. It is a dream-house! But most of all a place for complete relaxation. You will experience an almost forgotten feeling of blessed isolation high on the hill of a medieval town in Tuscany-like setting without all the tourists.
Island of Korčula is one of the Mediterranean pearls, being one of the most beautiful Adriatic islands.
The scenery is an amazing point of the house. The neighborhood is almost medieval - stone houses, stone roads, close and communal atmosphere with vineyards right bellow the village which is situated a top the island. The neighborhood is described as the Mediterranian as it once was.
Dubrovnik is only about an hour and a half away by car, a town described as "the pearl of the Adriatic" and it's also said "those who seek paradise on Earth should come to Dubrovnik". :) Dubrovnik is also a place famous for being one of the "Game of Thrones" locations.
