I have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I also have a (2) futons for extra beds needed. I also have a sectional couch that will sleep 2 people. The house is brand new construction built in 2019-2020. I am walking distance to the lake and the house comes with a boat slip water permitting. I am 1 mile to Moors and 1/2 mile to Buckhorn boat ramp. Moors has boat rentals, jet ski rentals, putt putt golf, playground, restaurant, playground, beach for swimming and a public boat ramp. The house is straight across the lake from the Rock Quarry, Sandy Beach and Smith Bay. Prime Location!

Summary: The house is new and has a roomy layout with an open kitchen and great room. The owner has decorated it nicely. She was accommodating and helpful during our stay. However, we were surprised that it was not completed with missing trim and cabinet doors. We used the spacious deck off the living area to hangout and have dinners. Unfortunately, the yard was not usable, as it still seems to be in the construction phase. We also were surprised to learn the owner was living in the basement downstairs. She was not a problem for us, but if you expect to have the property all to yourself, you probably won't. We all agreed the property will be a very nice rental when completed. Although it is not on the lake, it's only a block away and Moors is right down the street.
