This magnificent 80m2 flat is located on the 2nd floor of the secure building with lift near the famous Place du Vieux Marche in Rouen (Rive Droite).
The flat has a fitted and equipped kitchen with a work surface and high table for a convivial dinner! You'll be able to prepare your meals just like at home! You'll find a fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher and L'or Nespresso coffee machine!
In the 3 separate bedrooms, you'll find double beds (140x200) with bed linen for a great night's sleep! A workspace is also available in one of the bedrooms!
In the completely renovated bathrooms, you'll find a washbasin, towel rail, shower and bath.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the flat. You'll also find a hoover, clothes line, ironing board and iron!
The flat has fibre optics and a television.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.
