Come and discover "La bicoque", a charming traditional Breton house. This characterful house will charm you with its peaceful location and proximity to the sea, with the first beach being located just 600m away.
Upon entering the house, you will be won over by the charm of the old, and particularly by this lovely corridor with its black and white tiling that leads to the various rooms on the ground floor.
You will discover a large living room, with its fireplace, ideal for warming up by the fire after a long walk on the GR34 which passes very close to the house. The kitchen is also open to the living room, it is fully equipped to cook delicious little dishes.
You will also find at this level a separate toilet as well as the house's only bathroom, with a bath / shower and the washing machine.
Upstairs, you will find 4 comfortable bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed in 160x200, the third bedroom is equipped with a single bed in 80x190 and a double bed in 140x190. Finally, the last bedroom has 2 single beds in 80x190.
Outside, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful terrace equipped to enjoy summer evenings. The garden is spacious, tree-lined and peaceful.
Pets are accepted, however the 1300m² garden is not entirely fenced.
