The space
Open concept studio apartment with partition to separate bed from living space. Private entrance and full size, front loading, stackable washer dryer on first level entry. Walk up to 2nd secure door leading into the apartment. Kitchen, private bathroom with stand up, glassless shower, and 2 desks for work trips. You also have access to a private balcony with chairs as well to enjoy the outdoors!
2 Smart TVs, wifi access, plenty of open space! Pack n Play crib hidden inside the wardrobe with all linens and mattress pads included. There is a queen sized blow up mattress as well with a bed in a bag set inside the wardrobe. All of the extra pillows and queen pull out sofa linens and mattress pad are hidden inside the actual sofa!

La Cochera is your space during your stay. You will not be sharing the space with other guests.
There is plenty of work space if you are here on business or just want to play board games with the family! We have a few board games for you to use during your visit if you like! We have more at the main house we are happy to share! Just let us know what you are looking for and if we have it we will bring it to your door!
If you are travelling with a baby/toddler, there is a booster/highchair for you to use during your stay and a pack 'n play crib! We have a great couple of sitters we personally know and use as well that would be happy to sit for you if you'd like a night out while you are in town!
* I do not charge cleaning fees up front, however, make sure you read the check out instructions and feel comfortable trading a few quick chores to save your hard earned buckaroos! Local cleaning fees range from $65-185 on a single stay... and here, just a few minutes can cost you $0!! It should only take you about 5 minutes to do and helps both of us! Thank you in advance for taking care of our home!
Other things to note
Daily, through the week, you may hear the garage go up and down quickly between 5am and 8am. On a weekend, 7am to 9am is more likely. I apologize in advance for the slight disruption but it is the only spot the work van fits!
We are very respectful of our guests, however, we do live on site (across the driveway) and have children that like to play outside or shoot hoops from time to time. If we are bugging you, let us know! If you want to join the fun, come on down!
