Positive: - relatively central (20min. walk to the city center or 10min by tram) - relatively big - balcony, which is unfortunately not clean and has 1 broken chair on it (could be really nice, if cleaned and had appropriate furniture!) - lovely mountain view - toys and colorful pencils provided for a young child
Negative: - no private parking (only street parking) - not so clean (looked like the floor has never been wet washed and the towels provided in the kitchen were oily), couch had big stains on it, unfitted sheets has old dirt marks on it - one of the mattresses had uncomfortable metal springs - pillows were uncomfortable - pictures look photoshopped, as the apartment is old and shabby - old squeaky floors and doors which wake up everyone when someone goes to the bathroom - forgot to provide toilet paper and only brought it the following day - feels like it's run by a company and not an individual - contact person didn't speak English well - light in the bathroom went out during our stay and didn't get fixed (so the bathroom always had to be used with the door open) - looks like there's an ongoing problem with the water heater as there's signs up to not misuse water; we didn't have hot water for 2 out of the 3 days we were there
