The Maison Gratte Ciel is located in the heart of the vibrant Villeurbanne district. It features a beautiful, calm and tree-filled private garden of 60 m2. You can park your bikes on the dedicated bike rack (please bring your own lock). The Gratte-Ciel metro station, just 4 minutes' walk away, provides quick access to the Lyon Presqu'île, including the famous Place Bellecour in only 10 minutes, as well as the chic 6th district and La Part Dieu (train station and shopping center) - Les Halles Paul Bocuse - Auditorium of Lyon. Nearby shops: Jacquier bakery and patisserie, Ninkasi Gratte-Ciel, Carrefour.
Activities include the Boulloche Pool, the National Popular Theater, the House of the Image and Sound, Studio 24, Astroballe (ASVEL), and the former Bayard or Bally factories.

The "Frankfurt" apartment is located on the first floor of the Maison, facing the garden, ensuring a peaceful stay. It includes a bright living room, a mezzanine bedroom, and a bathroom.
It is equipped with the following:

## Access
You have access to the entire studio and the shared garden with other tenants of the Maison. There are 8 units in the house, each with its own private entrance and key. If you are in a group, feel free to contact us to reserve multiple units.

The area is very well served by buses, metro, and bike stations.
PART-DIEU STATION / APARTMENT (23 min): To reach the apartment from Part-Dieu station, take Metro B toward Charpennes, get off at Charpennes, then take Metro A toward Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie, and get off at Gratte-Ciel. The apartment is 10 minutes’ walk.
ST. EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT (45 min): To reach the apartment from St. Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Express to Part-Dieu station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take Metro A toward Perrache and get off at Gratte-Ciel. The apartment is 10 minutes’ walk.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
METRO: Line A - stop "GRATTE-CIEL".
BUS: Line C26 - stop "BIENVENUS".
BIKE STATION: Several around the apartment.

HOUSE RULES:
The common areas and all apartments are NON-SMOKING. A smoking area is available in the garden.
No parties or noise after 9 PM.
No pets allowed.
A maintenance provider will be on-site daily to ensure the peace and quiet of the place. (For any questions about your stay, please contact us directly via Airbnb).

Only one set of keys is given for each stay.
INFORMATION REGARDING THE GARDEN:
The garden is a private space for the Maison, shared between the 8 tenants. It is not accessible after 9 PM to maintain peace and avoid disturbing neighbors. Tables and chairs are not allowed.
Bike rack: You must use your own lock. The establishment cannot be held responsible for theft or damage.
A designated ashtray is provided; please ensure to extinguish your cigarette butts there and not throw them in the garden.
Common areas and all apartments are NON-SMOKING.
Trash bins and recycling are available. Please dispose of your trash before leaving. Kindly respect the cleanliness of the garden.
RENTAL INFORMATION: For stays longer than 3 months, this becomes a mobility lease. Only tenants with professional mobility can rent the apartment.
