Maison Gratte Ciel is in the heart of the lively Villeurbanne neighborhood; it features a beautiful private garden of 60 m², calm and lush. You can park your bikes on the bike rack provided (please bring your own lock). The Gratte-Ciel metro station is just a 4-minute walk away, giving you access to the Lyon Presqu'île, including the famous Place Bellecour in only 10 minutes, as well as the chic 6th arrondissement and La Part-Dieu (train station and shopping mall) - Les Halles Paul Bocuse, Lyon Auditorium. Nearby shops: Jacquier Bakery and Patisserie, Ninkasi Gratte-Ciel, Carrefour.
Activities: Boulloche Swimming Pool, National People's Theater, House of the Book, Image and Sound, Studio 24, Astroballe (ASVEL), and former Bayard or Bally factories.

The studio is located on the ground floor of Maison Gratte-Ciel, facing the garden. Please note, there are 3 small steps to access the studio.

Spacious and bright living area with a TV and lounge space. The sofa is convertible into a double bed. Note: There are no shutters on the windows, and the Wi-Fi does not work.

GARE PART-DIEU / APARTMENT (23 min): To reach the apartment from Part-Dieu train station, take metro line B towards Charpennes, get off at Charpennes, then take metro line A towards Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and get off at Gratte-Ciel station. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the station.
AEROPORT ST EXUPERY / APARTMENT (45 min): To reach the apartment from St Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Express towards Part-Dieu train station, get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie, then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Gratte-Ciel station. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the station.
