## Space
The Maison Gratte-Ciel is located in the heart of the lively Villeurbanne district and features a beautiful 60 m² private garden, calm and tree-lined. You can park your bikes on the designated rack (please bring your own lock).
The Gratte-Ciel metro station is just a 10-minute walk away, providing quick access to Lyon’s Presqu'île, including the famous Place Bellecour (20 minutes), the chic 6th arrondissement, and La Part Dieu (train station and shopping center) – Les Halles Paul Bocuse-Auditorium de Lyon. Small shops within walking distance: Boulangerie Pâtisserie Jacquier, Ninkasi Gratte-Ciel, Carrefour.
The studio is located on the ground floor of the Maison. Please note, there are 3 small steps to access it, and there are a few steps inside leading to the bathroom.
It is equipped with the following:
A spacious, bright living area with a TV and a sofa that converts into a double bed. There are shutters on the windows for the night.
An open kitchenette with a bar and high stools for your meals. It includes a microwave, 2-burner stove, small refrigerator, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils.
A wardrobe in the hallway leading to the bathroom.
A workspace with a desk and lamp.
A bathroom with a shower, sink, and storage unit, along with a hairdryer. The bathroom opens onto the private garden but is shared with other tenants.

Attention: The WiFi is not functional.

The bed will be made up according to the number of guests indicated in your booking.

The entire studio is yours, along with the shared garden (shared with the other tenants of the house). There are 8 units in the house, each with its own private entrance and locked doors. Feel free to contact us if you want to book multiple units for a group.

Inaugurated in June 1934, the Gratte-Ciel buildings of Villeurbanne are 80 years old. This architectural and social landmark, originally housing public and social housing, has become the city's symbol.
