Summary: All was great until we got ready to go down stairs for breakfast. They had two elevators and I was not working when we got there. This morning neither was working. We were on the third floor and my husband is disabled and unable to help get anything down the stairs. They sent one housekeeper to help, but I told her I needed more. She ended up having another young lady come. They should have had the other elevator worked on since it had been out for a week.
