✧ Our large kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook great meals during your vacation. Crockery, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, food essentials are on site to make preparation easy. You'll even have access to a fondue and raclette kit.
✧ In the living room there's a large modular couch, and a smart TV for accessing your Netflix account. There's also a nice Bluetooth speaker for impeccable sound quality.
✧ Outside, there's furniture for lounging in the sun, a propane BBQ, the spa, which is open year-round, and the dock overlooking Lac Gérard. Plus, in summer you'll have access to 1 kayak to make the most of the water!
✧ The cottage has a bathroom on the first floor; a shower as well as a bath is included.

*PETS*
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding.

๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "housebroken", must not climb on furniture and access rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors and must be on a leash at all times outside.
๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times and keep the yard clean.
We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not followed.

The cottage's water is potable, so it's safe to drink.

We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channels. There is also Firestick on which you have access to a few channels and apps like Netflix and Youtube.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS
An outdoor fireplace is available. However, you must bring your own wood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to make starting the fire easier. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I suggest you bring your own. You can buy kindling and accessories close to the chalet; addresses will be in your guest manual.
The outdoor fire pit is not cleared of snow from November to April, so if you want to use the outdoor fireplace in winter, it's your responsibility to clear the access.

The spa is available year-round. However, you must bring your own towels for the spa.
