Summary: Our room was large and comfortable, but was very warm and there didn’t seem to be any air conditioning control. The breakfast staff were brilliant , but the pool attendant made us move away from the pool to eat our lunch even though we did not see any signs stating this ..she then sent a waitress to take our drinks order even though we hadn’t requested this and we felt obliged to order. We ordered the early breakfast for 6.15am on our departure day , and confirmed this and our taxi with 2 different staff members. However when we went down to reception we were told that early breakfast did not start until 6.45am , and whilst we understood this was due to staffing, it would have been helpful for the reception to call our room and let us know! We then had to ask for some water and we’re not offered anything even though there were pastries on the counter. We had a lovely few days at the hotel and enjoyed our stay .
