This beautiful 4 and 1/2 bedroom, 3 bath lakeside chalet was completely renovated inside and out in 2019. And it is a great vacation spot for families. As you walk into this open A-frame design you can feel your daily stresses melt away. The main level of our Lake house consists of the spacious open
family room, dining room, and kitchen with a view that reveals the beauty of Keuka Lake. Out onto the deck you can enjoy a family barbecue surrounded by beautiful willow trees. Enjoy relaxing on the dock or splash your way in from the beach! And follow up with an evening bonfire down on the beach with roasted marshmallows. It is an experience the kids will remember fondly and want to make a yearly tradition.
One bedroom has bunk beds, but three bedrooms are Queen size beds and the Master Loft bedroom has a Sleep Number King size bed. - see photos. One Frontgate blow up mattress is provided downstairs.
Half of the 112 lake frontage is grass area for hanging out, lounging, playing beanbags, or setting up tents for a fun night under the stars. The other half is a Beach area where you can wade into the lake and have a nice evening fire in the pit.
Boat lift and dock are included. No smoking please! Weekly rental includes the cleaning fee. Pet fee is not included, so an added cost. We do not provide towels or sheets, and enough paper products are provided for a few days
Wonderfully located near fantastic wineries like Dr. Konstantin Frank winery, and other attractions like the Curtiss Museum and The Finger Lakes Wine Trail.
