Hartwell Haven offers lots of spaces for guest to eat, sleep, and play! Mornings are best spent on our screened back porch with a cup of coffee listening to the sounds of the lake, enjoy your days on the lake with your boat or using our paddle boat, inflatable canoe or stand-up paddle board! Unwind in the evening with a game of foosball, darts, playing one of the many family board games, cornhole, reading a book, watching TV, or a glass of wine on the dock enjoying the gorgeous sunset!

DOCK: We have a single slip covered dock w/ swimming ladder & boat slip, paddle boat, stand up paddle board with Adirondack seating, plenty of room for sunbathing, and 8 folding chairs
Our home is close to shopping in Seneca or Toccoa, hiking trails, sightseeing, waterfalls, boat launch site (tabor 5 minutes) , Clemson football games, state of the art Stumphouse Mountain bike trail park, rafting or fishing on the Chattooga River. Within an hour daytrip drive to Cashiers, NC or Greenville, SC.
Guests will have access to our lake house in its entirety!

PARKING:
Plenty of parking for 4+ cars in our driveway and additional parking at the top of the driveway.
There are several sets of stairs leading down to the lake. Water levels at the end of the dock can fluctuate and can be quite low at the dock when the lake is down.
