The Neighborhood:
Budgie as known by the locals is a reflection of a bygone era sleepy coastal 1980s town.
It has all the amenities without the crowds. 15 min to The Entrance, the M1, and Lake Haven shops with a great community spirit and friendly locals.
The beach is pristine with many dolphin sightings and if you head up to Norah Head lighthouse to you can do amazing whale watching.
There is a beautiful sealed walkway along the lake.
