We just put in a private Dock for your boat rental and new hardwood flooring downstairs ***no Jetboats or jetski's allowed on the lake!*** This gorgeous vacation rental is LAKE FRONT. Just far enough away that little ones can't wander, at the end of yhe driveway. Yet, close enough to throw everyone in the car and park at the lakeside! This home is meant for hosting respectful multi generational and/or extended families, small group retreats, filming/photography, a Nature Lover's Delight on a Pristine Clean, Spring fed Lake. Situated up on a the mountain side, you'll have an Eagle's View, You are sure to see some AMAZING wildlife, especially on the kayaks! Catch stocked Trout and other fish! Winter fun includes snowmobiling on easily accessible ITS Trails, hunting, cross country skiing, sledding camp fires, 200+ ft of private PRISTINE waterfront on a lake that is never too busy... What more could you ask for? Boat rental and YOUR OWN private dock available with lounge chairs! Plenty of Shade or Sun! PLEASE ask for the lake male for safety **Events Welcome for a fee!** The house sleeps 16 -18 people in the main house, with Tiny House rental option on site, for 2 more guests. 3 Bedrooms Upstairs with 3 Full Bathrooms and ONE AMAZING VIEW! ADA accessible lower level. upper level requires 5 steps. Lower level has room dividers perfect for kids and sleeps 10+ w/ 1 Queen Day bed, 1 full Murphy bed, 1 twin trundle, 2 twin floor mattresses, 2 new memory foam sofa beds. Upstairs; 1 King in master bedroom w/ private bathroom including a whirlpool tub, 1 twin over full bunk bed, 1 Queen bed and a crib. There is also an outdoor 3-4 season hot tub, 1 indoor whirlpool tub, a theatre room, 2 fire pits and 26 private acres to explore! ****WINTER MONTHS: 4WD/AWD REQUIRED in winter months for driveway access**** One car/one way Driveway at a time. Coffee at sunrise and wine at sunset in the HOT TUB. It's just an absolutely stunning view. JUST far enough from the waters edge that kids can't wonder there yet just at the bottom of the driveway, you'll find the lake and 2-4 parking spaces for anyone who doesn't want to walk.
This is an excellent place for a family reunion, college graduation, small weddings or just RELAXING We have;
3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 King, 1 queen and 1 full over twin bunk bed. On the ground, ADA access, walk-out level, this one big open room. This room has 2 new Queen Sofa beds, 1 Full size Murphy Bed, 1 Queen size daybed w/ twin trundle and 2 floor mattresses and 2 Cots stored in the closet. We also have 1 travel crib.
There are 2 Living rooms, 2 hot tubs (yes, two!), 2 fire pits, direct lake access and living, boat rentals, Skiing, Acadia National Park, direct access to ITS snow mobile trails, DOG FRIENDLY friends, family and kids (if you want)! Or enjoy a very romantic getaway for 2 On Flying Pond. Ask for a small group discount of less than 4 guests total. Flying Pond Variety gas station and convenience store is a half mile away and great for all basic needs. There’s also a deli and all basic essentials including fire wood and propane.
Located at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, on 200 feet of private, pristine waterfront and 26 acres of private trails, 30 mins to Sugarloaf, 20 minutes to I95 in Augusta, close to University of Maine, Near Summer Camp Laurel, Camp Vega, Camp Winnebago, Kents Hill School, 45-1 hr to many other ski resorts, when lake is frozen ITS trail access, property connects directly to ITS trails for snowmobiling!
Well behaved and house trained Furry friends are welcome! Upon approval, dogs are allowed
Winter Weather
Please check the weather and note weather such as snow or ice requires 4WD for driveway.
Please respect my home & also tidying up as you normally would at your own home. Do your dishes, extra laundry, etc. during your stay.Pets must be approved prior to booking and must be up to date on vaccinations prior to arrival. A copy of your pets vaccinations will be required for the safety of all furry guests.
Private FENCED area for dogs! HUGE yard! Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets please or assessed $100 fee.
Guests are responsible for any/all damages caused by your pet, your friends, kids, partner, family and yes, even you!
Please be mindful and don’t leave your pet unattended outside in the dog play area for extended periods, especially if it’s over 75 degrees (it’s a shady area) or below 40 degrees. It can get very windy and cold during the winter months.
All Guests/bookings agree that the host is not responsible for any injuries to anyone staying or visiting. Pet(s) or for the death of your pet(s) during your stay. All/Any “day visitors” must be approved prior to stay.
Worth Noting: There are MANY animals and birds around that can scoop up a small animal/pet. Porcupines and dogs don’t mix! Use the dog play area and clean up after pets. Be mindful of hunting seasons and wear the orange vests when in the woods during this time. weddings and Events have an extra fee.please inquire. ALWAYS WEAR ORANGE OR BRIGHT COLORS IN THE WOODS (dogs too!)
