Enjoy spectacular waterfront views of Lake Marion from the screened porch or dock. The wall of windows and cathedral ceiling provide tons of light and views while cooking meals in the open kitchen and relaxing in the great room. The downstairs master has a private bath with double vanity sinks and a large, tiled shower. A second bedroom with double bed is located on the first floor as well. The upstairs loft has a sitting area overlooking the kitchen/living area and offers a bird’s eye view of the lake. The huge upstairs bedroom holds queen and king beds and a full bath. Never run out of hot water with the Ranai hot water heater which heats on demand. The large screened-in porch allows everyone to have a chair and a view of the water and amazing sunsets over the wildlife refuge! In the backyard, prepare dinner on the gas grill or play corn hole. Great waterfront with easy access to the water for swimming or boating. Bring your boat and tie up to the dock. There is a light on the dock for nighttime activities. Several boat launches are close by, including one in the neighborhood.
