The house is designed to enjoy and appreciate the lifestyle of living near the lake and beach of the pristine Burrill Lake waters. It is beautifully furnished and presented with a real coastal feel.
The house is located close to local shops with groceries, a newsagency, cafe, bottleshop & fish n Chips. It is within walking distance of the beach, lake, park, putt-putt golf, and cycle track.
Launch your boat off the wharf. Throw a fishing line off the pontoon. Bring your jet ski, hire a stand-up paddleboard, kayak or canoe and enjoy the south coast at its best.
The house has a large deck at the rear of the house where you can enjoy the lake breezes and peaceful views, check out the lake condition or simply sit back and relax with the family. The large backyard is perfect for the kids to play. An outside dog is welcome, and a kennel is provided in the laundry.
Upstairs is an open plan with a generously equipped kitchen, living, dining, and two bedrooms. Downstairs you will find a second lounge/TV area and two bedrooms.
You are also only a 5-minute drive from Ulladulla CBD where you will find Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Target, Restaurants, Cafe's and specialty shops, or 10 minutes to Mollymook Beach. Historic Milton is also a short drive away.
Prices do not include linen (except for doona covers, doonas, and pillows). Tenants must supply their own linen, sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, and toiletries.
