After a busy day at the parks come and enjoy the Floridasunshine in the private, tiled, oversized screened-in lanai that is located closestto the community's pool, which means more privacy than the main clubhouse. Villa has floorplan designed with open living spaces and a split bedroom plan.
To enter community: I will add your name to have access to the community. vehicle has to be registered with the association. Only Two cars allowed- per HOA. Park only in villas driveway. no parking on grass or double park. Need car license and car make and model. Please use left side of gate and state your name. As soon as you come in make a right, drive a few blocks down to the villa. Car decal has to hang from rear view mirror at all times while in the community.
