Remodeled 2 bedroom lakefront cottage with a loft on Lake Koshkonong. You have access to almost an acre of land and over 100ft of a sand beach which includes a pier to dock your boat. The area is also great for swimming. There's parking available and cottage comes fully furnished and includes cable/internet. Gather around the campfire or relax on the deck. There's plenty of bars and restaurants to visit on the lake and cottage is close to many local snowmobile trails in the winter time. The home also features a fire pit and Adirondack chairs to sit around the fire as well as a large yard for games and family activities.

Neighborhood is mostly full time local residents and overall a quiet and friendly atmosphere.
1-2 Dogs are allowed for a one time fee of $100. Please do not allow the dogs to go in loft area and pick up any waste from yard upon departure.

Lake Koshkonong is a 10,000 acre lake in Southern Wisconsin with lots to do and see. Apart from the great fishing and boating opportunities, there are several restaurants on the lake that you can boat to or drive to as well as winery tours in the area and great shopping. Kosh also boasts some of the best fishing in the Southern part of the state. The lake also attaches to the rock river so you can boat all the way up to the Indianford dam and view the scenery and amazing houses along this stretch of river.
