Submersed in nature, our Guest House and Cottage is a perfect place to call home during your Finger Lakes Vacation. Enjoy a private beach with Adirondack chairs, kayaks and swimming access. Kick back around the campfire or play badminton on the lawn. Located just minutes from the historic town of Seneca Falls, Cayuga Lake Wine & Beer Trail, artisanal restaurants, Del Lago Casino and more!
**PLEASE NOTE: The Guesthouse is under renovations from 12/2023 to May 2024. Pictures will not accurately reflect the guesthouse until its done. We promise it will be EVEN BETTER than the pictures we have listed**
The Guesthouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, washer and dryer and expansive views. The second story living area boasts a gorgeous deck with panoramic lake views. A walking path will take you down to the lake shore. It is an easy walk, but it is about 800ft to the private beach.
The Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a washer and dryer, and can sleep 8 with the pull out sofa. The cottage is about 400ft from the Guesthouse with a mowed walking path to join your crew at the Guesthouse or beach.
While we do have a third home that is used for long-term rentals onsite, we ask all tenants and guests to respect each others’ privacy and quiet enjoyment of the property. There is plenty of space to make everyone feel secluded!
Pets are allowed with prior approval and subject to pet fee. A pet fee of $100 per pet will be applied after approval. Please keep pets off furniture and bedding and crate if left alone in the homes. Pets must be leashed outdoors and all refuse disposed of properly.
