The open floor plan of the main level offers gorgeous lake views right from the family room. There’s cozy seating right around a farmhouse-style fireplace and space for playing games as a family on the large coffee table. The kitchen (updated in 2022), features new appliances and granite countertops, as well as an eat-in area next to the living room. The master on the main level is a peaceful place to rest and includes a stunning renovated bathroom (updated in 2022) with a large shower.
Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom, also renovated in 2022, perfect for families. One bedroom includes a queen bed, and the other has 2 twin beds and 1 trundle bed, offering sleeping for up to 3 people.
The basement, which was completely updated in 2022, offers a beautiful gathering space after a long day on the lake. It also includes two sets of bunk beds and pull-out sleeper couch for additional sleeping. The bedroom is tucked away and has a connecting bathroom.
The outdoor deck overlooks the lake and offers a relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee and share meals together as a family. As you walk down the stairs from the deck you’ll discover a large fire pit area, perfect for family storytelling and s’mores. There’s also a wooden swing close to the water, for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Lake Keowee.
We have 4 kayaks and 2 kids’ paddle boards available for you to enjoy. The house is located in an area with little boat traffic, making it an ideal spot for kayaking and fishing. If you want to venture out on Lake Keowee, you’ll discover beautiful islands, waterfalls, and jumping rocks. There are also hiking trails nearby so you can plan your visit any time of year. And if you’re looking for place to attend a Clemson game, we’re just 20 minutes away.
