Equipped with 4 bedrooms, 7 beds and a pullout love seat, this space can sleep up to 10 adults. There is space for 12 people as long as at least 2 guests are under the age of 10.
The fully stocked kitchen boasts warm stained cabinetry with beautiful details and an island with breakfast bar for casual dining and conversation.
The open concept dining and living area can accommodate large gatherings of friends and family which spills onto an incredible screened in porch where one can enjoy their favorite choice of beverage while enjoying the lake views.
Step outside and embrace the outdoors on the spacious deck, your personal stage for relaxation and culinary creativity. Lounge on chaise lounge chairs as you bask in the sun's warm embrace, fire up the Weber gas grill for barbecue escapades, or showcase your pancake flipping skills on the Blackstone – the deck is your canvas for fun.
The master suite on the main level has deck access and stunning views, mornings are greeted by nature's symphony. The master en-suite has separate his & her vanities and a shower which leads to an amazing walk in closet!
Head downstairs to the fabulous, finished terrace level offering additional living space directly off the covered lower deck & patio. Ping Pong matches and game nights are the norm here, with the covered lower deck and patio providing seamless indoor-outdoor enjoyment. Challenge each other to retro games on the cocktail arcade table that has over 3,500 games to play
This space is flanked by two guest rooms with views! Two full guest baths. There is also a kids room that sleeps 3.
The real surprise is a media/game room. This unique space has a 100” movie screen with a Hi-Def projector. Watch a movie or your favorite team on the big screen in this relaxing space. The couch sits up to 7 people comfortably or relax on the oversized bean bags. This room also has a 68” round table with 7 chairs which is great for family game night or a late-night game of poker.
Step outside and enjoy the tranquility of the lake as you relax in the private hot tub after a day on the golf course or lake.
Whether you want to entertain or relax the spectacular side stone patio with bar will be a great place to kick up your feet. There is an outdoor dining table for 8 and there is a magnificent outdoor fireplace encircled by 4 swivel rockers with ottomans. Overhead you have party lights for a festive atmosphere.
The oversized dock is your launchpad for lake adventures. Lounge in casual seating or gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stories. Jump into the lake for a refreshing swim or explore its beauty using the provided 7 kayaks, paddle boat, and lily pad float.
The community has great amenities!
The Lake Arrowhead community has two swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, practice putting green, club house, incredible restaurant with amazing views, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, frisbee golf, fenced dog park, playground and hiking trails.
Boat rentals are also available at the Lake Arrowhead Marina by the hour (4 hours maximum). Guests are not allowed to bring in their own boats to Lake Arrowhead.
Shopping and fine dining only minutes away in Canton.
This beautiful home has private parking in the driveway for 4-6 vehicles.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a love seat that pulls out to a twin which is great to keep your child close by if needed.
Two bedrooms have Queen beds.
The kids room has a twin and a full bed.
In the common area downstairs is a twin day bed with a twin trundle underneath.
Linens are provided for all beds. There are more than enough extra blankets and pillows around the house for extra comfort.
The home comes with 3-1/2 bathrooms. All bath towels and linens are provided. We even provide towels for the lake and hot tub.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with new appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, crock pots, counter top griddle and toaster oven.
Wireless internet is available and there is a total of 6 smart tv’s. While we don't offer cable, each tv is equipped with a Roku for watching all your guilty pleasures. So, feel free to BYOL (bring your own login) and log in to any service you're subscribed to.
Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper.
If you do bring a dog we have a large crate in the closet downstairs that you can use. The maximum number of dogs allowed is 2.
We have an assortment of life jackets in the bunk room closet for your use but note we don't have all sizes so if you need life jackets you might need to bring your own.
