Welcome to beautiful Portage Lakes, OH! This completely renovated LAKEFRONT home on the Western Reservoir offers space for indoor & outdoor fun year round!
The large living room & kitchen space with lake views boasts a 65" TV, electric fireplace, & a gorgeous resin wood dining table.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is on two levels both of which include outside dining & lounging areas.
Enjoy relaxing at the lake!

The space
Guests will use the keypad access to enter this Lakefront Airbnb via the driveway side of the home. Just inside the entrance, the home opens up to a spacious living room. The living room boasts seating for large groups, a wet bar, a gorgeous wood resin dining table, and bar top which opens to the fully stocked kitchen. The living room also includes a 75" TV and an electric fireplace.
Off the of the living room, the guests can access the outdoor deck, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The master bedroom includes a King size bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a cubby with a twin size bed.
The stairs near the front entrance, allow access to walk down to the third bedroom which includes two queen beds and is attached to another full bathroom. Just off the staircase and the third bedroom, guests can access the back patio area and steps down to the lakefront dock.
Parking is limited at this Airbnb. One vehicle can fit in the garage and one other could fit in the driveway.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property except for the owners closet near the main bathroom and the utilities closet in the basement. Both doors are marked with "Do Not Enter" signs.
Should you need access to laundry during a longer stay, please message the hosts to arrange for this. While we do not list laundry as an amenity, we are happy to allow guests staying for longer amounts of time to access the space. Please keep in mind that this space is used by the cleaning staff and is not necessarily intended for guests.
The sauna on the lower level is currently not operable and should not be used by guests. Guests should also not access the boat house at the bottom of the exterior steps or the pontoon boat. Guest should not use the boat lift or any electricity by the dock.
Other things to note
While the home has been recently updated and includes stunning new decor and furniture, we are constantly looking to improve this Airbnb to best suit out guests.
The dock is slated for renovations in the Summer of 2023. The steps to the lake provide access to the water/ dock but the dock should be used at the guests own risk.
While we provide wifi and TVs, you will need to log-in to your own streaming accounts. We do not provide any. Please make sure you logout before you leave!
We advise that all children are monitored at all times, especially on the outdoor patio as it includes lake access and different tiered levels.
The stairs to the lower level of the home are in the living room space and near the front entrance. Guests should be aware of this for safety concerns.
Please note that the only bathroom on the lower level is attached to the downstairs bedroom with two queen beds.
