Attached cabin has a private bedroom upstairs; bathroom, game room, and a sleeper sofa downstairs making this property perfect for a large family or multiple families. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor space including a screened in patio between the main house and the cabin, covered porches, and paved parking for 4 vehicles with room for boat trailers. (Also covered parking for additional 2)
This home offers a large private deep water boat house with fish cleaning station, large yard, and a fire pit overlooking the lake. Some of the best fishing on Toledo Bend is just beyond your boat house!
