Summary: This was exactly what our family needed to make our celebrations memorable! Very relaxing to say the least. The setup was great, nearly everything we needed, the beds and furniture comfy and the boats just topped it all off. Even my grandchildren enjoyed themselves thoroughly! My only.suggestions would be to have even a small supply of wood for a fire, propane in the tank for the grill, or at least let renter's know they need to bring it. Also, alot of tears in the screens allowing lots of flies and moths in. But, you're in the woods next to a pond, so that is just expected. But the hosts also provide bug spray. Very smart! All in all, this is an absolute gem of a find! Will definitely be trying to make this our annual vacation choice
