The extremely quiet location offers the best conditions for rest and relaxation. From a slight hill you can enjoy the wide view of the grown cultural landscape of Mecklenburg Switzerland. The open design on the ground floor is divided into a spacious living area with a wood-burning stove, a modern kitchen and a separate dining area. Furthermore, there is a bedroom, a hall and the bathroom on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads up to the gallery under the roof. Behind it is another bedroom. The house has about 130 m² living space. The bright friendly rooms on the ground floor have all the direct level access to the garden. In good weather, two terraces invite you to have breakfast outside or enjoy the long summer evenings outdoors. A play and sunbathing lawn characterizes the picture of the approx. 1.000 m² large garden, surrounded with rose and perennial borders. Sun loungers ready for sunbathing. Children can cocoon or barbecue undisturbed at a secluded fire pit. In the cold season, a Finnish outdoor sauna in the separate garden house ensures well-being and relaxation.
