Summary: My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of the 2 weeks we were there, and by serviced meaning the floor was sweeped and that was it. There was construction work going on, on the outside walls of the apartments therefore there was constant banging from 9am until 6pm. We were not warned in advance or when we could finally check in. The apartments also say it has a pool, which is true but it is only open from 6pm until 8pm... The only good thing about the apartments in the outside seating area in the complex, surrounding by trees and animals.
