Entire house , 5 smart TVs, games, the one car garage is used for storage, the 2 car garage can be used for 1 or 2 cars by moving a foldable ping pong table, the big long driveway can easily fit 4 cars or can be used for parking a full sized RV!
The large 2,500 sqft home has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, super cold AC with individual climate control for the bottom and top floors, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for working from home or spending a nice relaxing day watching TV/playing games with your family and friends after a day full of the many activities California has to offer!
Any excessive non-normal usage of utilities will be charged to guests.
