This unique estate sits on an acre of land with expansive lawns, large mature trees, and beautiful tropical landscaping. There is ample room to stroll the grounds and off street parking is plentiful. You access the property through a private gate and drive down a long lush driveway to the main house at the ocean end of the lot where a charming two story plantation home rest overlooking the ocean. You can access the home through the formal front door, or like most people, head towards the beach and enter the grand lanai. The lanai offers the best of indoor/outdoor living by the ocean with a luxurious bar, a large dining area and comfortable seating that flows onto a lush lawn that is like having your own park attached to the house. The lanai has a bathroom and shower and there is also a beach view jacuzzi just to the side. The lanai lawn flows out to a gate to the beach where you can take long strolls, enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises and have fun in the tropical ocean waters.
The interior of the home is also a grand experience with its formal dining and living room areas, a large master suite and additional sitting areas with ocean views. The large open kitchen is charming with its checker board floors and windows looking into the garden.
The master bedroom is on the second floor and has expansive ocean views from the bedroom, the shower and soaking tub and the private patio. There's an upstairs living area with a sleeper sofa and a sleeping area with two twin beds that can be closed off with a heavy privacy drape. There are three additional bedrooms on the ground floor. One has a private ensuite bath and an ocean view. Thee other two rooms share a second bathroom. There's a fourth bathroom on the lanai with a separate shower. When coming off the beach you can rise off using the shower under the coconut tree by the hammock.
