Holiday home in Blankenheim!
More precisely in the Blankenheim-Mühlheim district. Located in the Northern Eifel, just 45 minutes by car from Cologne and Bonn.
Our house is RUSTIC and very cozy. Located in a cul-de-sac, cars rarely pass by and at the end of the cul-de-sac a few meters away the forest begins with beautiful routes for walking, hiking or cycling.
The house offers 4 to max. 14 people. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are in the main house, the third is also in the main house, but can only be reached from the outside (with its own small bathroom with sink and toilet). The three bedrooms each have a very good box spring bed (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (100 x 200cm).
The holiday home has a lot to offer:
A huge living / dining area (90sqm) with 3.5m high beamed ceiling, open kitchen and fireplace,

VERY IMPORTANT: Our house is not a party house. We are happy about friendly, funny and sociable people who want to meet in our house to spend time together. Under no circumstances, however, should it affect our home and our neighbors. Please be considerate of the furnishings, volume and night's sleep.
IMPORTANT: The house is on the edge of fields, meadows and forests. That is beautiful. This rural location naturally means that living things of all kinds, such as B. Stop flies, ants and mice. We make every effort to keep them away from our house, but due to occasionally open windows and doors, we are unable to completely prevent this. Furthermore, this house was built by the previous owner in years of painstaking work and therefore has in some corners a "self-made charm", rustic just. I expressly ask you to only rent the house if you agree and can live with it.
