Large home in Beautiful Estate in St. Charles, Missouri. Safe neighborhood, very central location only minutes from highways 70, 94, and 364. Very close to Streets of St. Charles, Main Street, 364 bridge connecting to Creve Coeur, Ameristar Casino, and Lindenwood University.

You will have access to the majority of the home. I'm renting the house with 3 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom has a kid's full bed probably supporting up to 100 lbs. If the person staying in this room is larger please message me and we will see if we can make adjustments.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need. Additional mini-fridge in the Master Bedroom.
You have most of the main floor & upstairs, all of the outdoor area, and the garage. A small room on each floor is closed off, the master walk-in closet, and kid's room closet are locked off for storage. This is so you have a hotel feel in the home without any of our personal items in your space. There are some cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom that are zip-tied. Please keep these closed. There is plenty of cabinet space available. The Master Bedroom is large and has a Clothing Rack to hang all your clothes as well as a large dresser and two large nightstands. The 2nd bedroom has two open closets. The kid's bedroom has a large dresser and nightstand, it also has a few hooks on the wall to hang some items.
There is a huge backyard open and available for your use. If there is anything that keeps you from having a 5-star stay please let me know before it would disrupt your stay. I will do everything I can to resolve it. There are propane tanks in the grill and fire pit that are not completely full. You can swap out up the street at the gas station if they run out.
