A wonderful custom home directly on Lake Erie. 10 Miles from Cedar Point and 6 miles from Sports Force this home on the lake boasts wonderful views with 2 different beaches in close walking distance. The owners live in this property part time and have set it up for vacation rentals when they are out of town. They have local contacts who help in the upkeep and management so that any problems can be quickly addressed. This unique home on the lake has all the amenities you expect from a high end lake house. 5 upstairs bedrooms including a master suite and 1 extra basement bedroom (no window). A full size and fully equipped kitchen allow for meals at 'home' during your stay. The outdoor space is directly on lake Erie and has outdoor dining or relaxation space during the season. There is a bonus bedroom in the basement along with a pool table, shuffleboard table, and theater room where someone will always want to sleep due to it's giant comfortable couch and sound insulation. 1st floor and basement laundries are available for use along with both Propane grill and a Lump charcoal "green egg" grill. We do not live in the area but do have local help available for emergencies. There is no street parking in the neighborhood so parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway only. This is a quiet residential street so no parties or events are allowed at the property. There are 2 different beaches within a 5 minute walk along with a park that has playground equipment for littler ones. The pier and lighthouse are a 10-15 minute walk away as is the small downtown area. Sandusky, Cedar Point, and Sports Force are 30, 20, and 15 minutes away depending on traffic.
