The entire space, including house, garage, and backyard is set up for guest use. There are are few doors/closets for owner & housekeeping use that will remain locked. Please also do not disturb the backyard shed.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Quiet family-oriented neighborhood about one mile south of Lagoon. The neighborhood in is a great place for kids to ride their scooters and bikes. It’s also an amazing place to take walks if you feel inclined to do so (The Davis Creek East Trailhead is walking distance from the house). Please be extra cautious when driving and watch for little kids who may not always pay attention to traffic.
The best way for our guests to get around is via a vehicle but there is a pubic bus system that runs north and south and picks up on 200 E. UTA is the local bus authority, feel free to message us and we will send you the most current bus schedule for the closest bus stop.
NOTES
- Pets: We allow pets on a case-by-case basis here, and the owners have pets that visit with them. The home is thoroughly cleaned between each reservation, but pet dander may be encountered during your stay. If you are interested in bringing your pet, please see our House Rules section for more details.
- Rental Agreement: We ask all of our guests to read over and sign a Rental Agreement before accessing the property. Look for the link in your confirmation email. IMPORTANT: Without a signed contract, your check-in details will not be sent. To avoid any delays, please sign the contract as soon as possible.
House Rules:
- No unregistered guests. Parties or events must be approved by the host and follow event rules (see Event Policy below).
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is allowed anywhere on the property at any time
- Approved pets may be allowed for a fee. Please see Pet Policy below for more information
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- Remove shoes within the home
- Basic pickup is required before departure. Please do the dishes, take your garbage outside
- Check in and out on time. Alternate check-in/out times may be available for a fee

Pet policy:
- Pre-approval is required for ALL Pets, including service animals which are always approved and not charged. This is an insurance requirement
- Crate when left unattended
- Keep off all bedding: if your pet sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blanket. Animals are not allowed on our sheets/blankets
- Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture
- Pick up your pet's waste and dispose in the outside garbage only
- Pets may not be bathed as this clogs the drains
- Be considerate of neighbors and control barking especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am
- You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet
- Fee of $35 per night per approved pet (excluding service animals) must be paid before arrival
Event policy:
- All events must be approved by the host before the booking is confirmed
- Please disclose the estimated number of guests for the event. If more than the maximum guest limit is estimated - even if guests are not spending the night - the property’s maximum guest count and any associated fees will be applied
- Parking must be restricted to available spaces solely on the premises. Do not park in front of the neighbors. If there will be more cars than we can accommodate, we suggest parking elsewhere and carpooling to the home
- Please take any excess trash with you upon departure
- Keep noise at a respectful level. Any loud or disruptive noise will not be tolerated and if, for any reason, the police are called, all guests will be required to leave the premises immediately with no refund for remaining nights plus a minimum $250 fine
