Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery.
The Space:
Spacious 2 Bedroom condo with open kitchen/dining/living room. Our condo is renovated and features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, upgraded lighting & plumbing fixtures and in-unit washer/dryer. Large bedroom features 2 queen beds with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Smaller bedroom has a queen bed. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony while you unwind during your Plaza stay. Kitchen features stainless appliances, stocked with cookware, eating utensils, dinnerware and some small appliances. Enjoy Fiber WIFI while staying at the condo. This condo is very spacious and comfortable.
FEATURES AND SPECIFICS:
**Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2), Smart TV and walk-in closet.
**Second bedroom has two queen beds (sleeps 4), Smart TV and walk-in closet.
**Living room features sectional couch (could sleep 1) and 55" LED Smart TV.
**High-speed internet (WIFI included) and TV streaming services with HD antenna for local channels.
**Private parking lot with one reserved parking space (larger vehicles may need to park on the street).

Guest Access:
Guests get access to entire condo, plus exterior community courtyard area, reserved parking (one space included -- parking space may be too small for large vehicles). Off street parking also available.

Getting Around:
If you opt to not bring a car, RideShare options are plentiful and easily available. KC Metro bus line also has a stop across the street.

• No parties or events. This is strictly not tolerated.
• No smoking of any kind, includes vaping. Charges assessed for smoking.
