4 Bedroom House in Little Rock
Unique home on bluff overlooking the Arkansas River. Suitable for family or work gatherings and quiet enough for romantic get-away.
Sleeping:
This home has 4 bedrooms, each with a river view and private exit onto the deck. There are two king beds and two queen beds which are covered with 360 zippered, waterproof, hypo-allergenic, washable mattress protectors. All mattresses were purchased this year and are replaced often. All pillows also have 360 protectors. Extra sheets are provided. There is also a large sectional in the third family room which is suitable for at least three children. Flat sheets and blankets will be provided for that sectional and it will be cleaned and sanitized before each new guest arrives. Also, a pack-n-play with bedding will be provided.
Bathrooms:
The first bedroom has a private bath with a shower and jet tub. Extra towels, hair dryer, curling iron, shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap will be provided.
The second full bath is for the three bedrooms on the lower level. Bath products, extra towels hair dryers, curling irons, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel will be provided. The third bathroom is a guest bath and towels and soap and hand sanitizer will be available.
Offices:
this house offers one dedicated office and a second work area in the open loft. high-speed internet make zoom calls fast and reliable.
Family rooms:
There are three family rooms all with river views. One is open and next to the kitchen if you want to enjoy the view while visiting with the cook. The second is in the open loft where the kids can relax. The third is on the lower level with a fridge, three seating areas, perfect for grilling and watching t.v. Board games and coloring books are provided for young children.
Dining:
There is a formal dining table seats 8 for entertaining clients or for dinner with family. The open Kitchen is equipped with essentials for meal prep. Such as high end pots and pans, high end slow cooker, oil, basic spices, plenty of dishes, baby dishes, coffee mugs and grilling utensils. There is a Keurig coffee pot with coffee pods and a drip coffee maker with coffee so you don’t have to leave and get coffee your first morning. Grocery stores in the area deliver and it’s a short drive if you want a full breakfast. There are two bars, seven bar stools, another table on the lower level which seats 4 and two tables on the deck for 8 more to eat, weather permitting. A highchair will be provided.
Entertainment:
This home is minutes from all that Little Rock has to offer including the River Market, the Museum of Discovery, the Zoo, the Presidential Library, Pinnacle Mountain State Park, River Front Park, State Capitol, Rock Town Distillery, gourmet dining and casual dining. Two River’s Park offers 1000 acres of walking and biking trails, and a walking bridge over the river. This home has 5 t.v.s for staying home and relaxing.
Pets:
Your dog will enjoy exploring the large back yard is too steep for young children. This house is at the end of gated street so traffic noise should not be a problem. You can walk your dog up and down the street to take in some of the neighboring homes’ modern architecture.
Parking:
Two- car garage is nice for unloading in rainy weather. Turn around drive accommodates an additional two cars.
Privacy: There is a gate with security cameras at entrance and the front door will have a security camera.
