A starter welcome pack of firewood, firelighters, and matches is provided during firewood season for your first night.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas.
Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time.
IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property.
The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation.
NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY

Summary: Average. The road noise from the Great Western Highway was quite loud. It would have helped if the owners listed the items supplied in the bathroom. The home was comfortable and relaxing to be in. The hot/cold tapes in the shower/bath were difficult to regulate. Hence, the temperature was either too hot or too cold.
