The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true for gastronomy lovers, with all the necessary appliances and utensils to create delicious meals at home. There is an elegant center island/breakfast bar, and the dining area nearby features a long table to accommodate 10 comfortably for great meals, hearty laughs and good conversation.
There are 4 bedrooms, all with plush mattresses and high-quality bedding. Three offer spectacular bay views and terrace access. The primary bedroom and bedroom #2 feature king-sized beds, bedroom #3 with two double beds, and bedroom #4 one double bed. There are 4 full bathrooms with luxurious rainfall showerheads and magnificent details, and there’s a half bathroom for added convenience.
The impressive terrace with seating and a barbecue area offers a wonderful place to catch the unique La Paz sunsets and views of the bay of La Paz that will leave you breathless. It is the perfect place for an outdoor dinner or simply to relax and enjoy the sea breeze.

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property using a code for the lockbox to get the keys. Code and instructions will be provided before arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a very calm community called El Centenario, offering beautiful beachfront views. Just a short 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecón. There you’ll find restaurants, shops and the ocean. Recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro, and our recommended restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO.
Getting Around:
The property is located about 9.2 km | 5.7 miles from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and about 198 km | 123 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). It’s a little off the beaten path from downtown La Paz. Many guests often rent a car as it’s easiest to get around. You’ll have 2 parking spaces (unassigned) at the complex. You can also get around town by taxi.
Other Things to Note:
The area will be experiencing power outages for the next 4 months due to the high temperature in the city during summer.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where, at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us and the environment. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water to use to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
The unit is on the 3rd floor, the use of stairs is required.
The elevator is out of service until further notice.
Keep in mind we provide a limited supply of essentials like soap and toilet paper to get you started. You’ll have to pack or purchase other items, like shampoo, bath gel, etc if needed.
Electricity is included in short-term stays but not included for long-term stays over 28 nights.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor public areas for security and safety reasons only.
All guests must wear proper swim attire to be able to use the jacuzzi. Street clothes (especially those made of denim) are PROHIBITED as they affect and contaminate the water.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Upon arrival, you will receive a remote to open the gate to the property. In case of loss, there is a $ 130 USD fee for replacement.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
