Positive: View from the balcony
Negative: The reception was awful. There was no reception desk at the apartment block and no one I could speak to directly. I had no idea how to collect my keys, I had to use the help of a French speaker to phone to translate for me what was an extremely complicated process in order to collect my keys, even the French person who translated for me couldn't believe how complicated it was. I am from England and I don't think they cater well for the English, they only communicate in French
