Almost 2/3 of the community is a preserve and welcomes you with a streetscape of superb views, beautiful homes and world class amenities such as: a clubhouse with a resort pool, The Shady Palm (bar/restaurant), a gym, and pickle ball, tennis, & bocce courts. The villa is newly painted and furnished and has gorgeous pond views and a serene back yard. There are 2 bedrooms (master has a King Bed and guest room has a Queen Bed), 2 full bathrooms, and a Den with a queen size sleeper sofa and large desk. The Den can be used as an office and/or spare bedroom. The kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counters, a large island, upgraded stainless appliances, a French door refrigerator and a gas range. Elegant crown molding graces the tray ceilings in bedroom as well as the family room. Large, neutral ceramic tiles are on the floors throughout the house. Nice 2 car garage with beach chairs, beach umbrella, golf clubs, and 4 bicycles. Association requires an application approval (takes up to 25 days) with a 30 day minimum rental.
