We are very excited to be a new listing! Be one of the first guests to stay with us. Located in the heart of Columbus, Lil' Grand is your cozy home away from home. You'll be less than two miles from Nexus Park and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, and pubs. CERAland Park, the rolling hills and hiking trails of Brown County, quaint Little Nashville, and downtown Indianapolis are all within a reasonable drive away.
Lil' Grand's cozy living room contains a 58" Roku TV equipped with 'guest mode' so you can safely sign in to all your streaming apps yet leave with the certainty that each one will automatically be signed out upon your departure based on the date you set yourself. Additionally, an updated and restored 1980s vintage "Galaga" arcade game sits in the corner of the room (volume only on when game is in play mode) that hosts 60 vintage arcade games. For our guests, free play is set the entire time. Don't want to use it? Simply unplug it! A plush couch and love seat offer comfortable relaxation. Several beautiful, large windows offer plenty of natural light if you so desire.

The KING bedroom contains one king bed with a new, innerspring pillow-top mattress, two nightstands with built-in charging ports, a portable fan, extra pillows, blankets, sheets, and a luggage rack.
The QUEEN bedroom contains a 50" Roku TV equipped with 'guest mode' so you can safely sign in to all your streaming apps yet leave with the certainty that all will automatically be signed out upon your departure based on the date you set yourself. In addition, this room contains one new, queen firm memory foam mattress, two traditional nightstands with drawers, a vintage storage cabinet, a rocking chair, a portable fan, extra pillows, sheets, blankets, and a luggage rack.
The TWIN bedroom has a twin bed with an additional twin trundle bed beneath. It contains a 32" DVD/TV that is only equipped to play DVDs. A selection of 20+ family/child friendly DVDs are available for your viewing pleasure. In addition, the room contains several board games and puzzles, one new, twin, firm memory foam mattress, a nightstand with built-in charging ports, extra sheets, and blankets.
Lil' Grand has a full kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, and coffee maker. Various dishes and pots and pans, etc. await.
The dining area is across from the kitchen and contains a four-top round table and a small, prop-up secondary bar-style eating table. A chalk-board message center provides you both necessary information about the house and also some tidbits of information we hope you will find helpful, like a list of our favorite restaurants, pubs, and places you may want to visit. A small book shelf offers book lovers a variety of books to peruse.
The full bathroom has a deep, traditional tub, new magnetic-connect hose-style shower head, toilet, sink and linen closet stocked with plenty of towels. Lastly, we have a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
The backyard has a grill and lawn chairs for when charbroiled yums strike your fancy.
