Summary: The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is absolutely excellent! The decor is dated from the nineties but kept clean. The AC however was defective throughout the building and the fact that the windows don’t fully open made it unpleasantly hot. This appears to be a longer issue that could have been disclosed.
