The name says it all - a little piece of paradise!! A spacious and cozy Semi-waterfront Duplex offering a ton of sleeping accommodations, with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens in total. Sleeps 17 people very comfortably! Perfect for those who like to vacation together but prefer their own space or just like the extra room to entertain. This sought after lake living comes at the lower price point of being semi-waterfront, but has all the amenities of a waterfront property.... Complete with your own private beach, dock and 2 buoys! (see details below) Crowfoot Mountain Sledding Staging area is only an 8-10 minute drive from this property and also provides what every Sledder desires in a rental - pull-through driveway access! Ample room to park 2 trailers, just pull in - park - and go! There is also a parking spot to allow for 1 RV to stay (at an extra nightly cost) with water and power hook-ups.
Both sides of Little Piece of Paradise have the exact same floor plan, just flipped layout. Two awesome units with 2 great themes - "BEACH SIDE" and "WILD SIDE." Upon entering you will have the option of staying on the main level with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry facility, or head up the stairs to the heart of the home - to get the best views, you must go up! You will appreciate the stunning and calming views of the lake through all the grand windows in the open kitchen, dining and living room space with vaulted ceilings. Fully equipped kitchens and large large living rooms, both with a massive sectional to relax on and a cozy fireplace to snuggle up by. There is one bedroom on this floor as well as a second bathroom. You will also find a great covered porch area which is divided into 2 patio sitting areas and 2 BBQ's, with amazing views of Shuswap lake! Each side of this Duplex has a smaller un-heated garage that is available for guest use, good to store beach toys, wet suits, snow gear or a small vehicle.

BEACH, DOCK & 2 BUOYS:
You have access to your own private beach frontage just across the road, as the owners own the waterfront property in front of this Duplex. Owners that stay in the waterfront home periodically, welcome our Duplex guests and wish to give full priority access and use to our guests that stay in the Duplex. Owners may use the dock to load and off load when not in use. Duplex comes complete with the dock and 2 buoys for guest use (buoys not shared- owners have their own).
** PLEASE NOTE - When Duplex is offered as rental of individual sides (Beach Side / Wild Side), the beach and dock are shared with the other rental guests in the unit next door. Each unit side will have 1 buoy each for use during your stay. * This listing is for the Whole Duplex / Both sides *
All bedding, bath towels and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience! Supplies we provide are BBQ propane, toilet paper, roll of paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, flour, cooking oil, foil, food wrap and some common cooking spices.
Exceptional accommodation with year round vacancy to accommodate you for any activity, whether it be a nice Summer Vacation, Spring get-away, Fishing trip or hit up Crow Foot Mountain in the Winter! The location cannot be beat, as you are central to many amenities and things to do in the area, such as fishing, hiking trails, golfing, guided tours at Adams River Rafting, Celista Winery, Sock-eye Salmon Run in the Fall, Evelyn Falls, Albas Falls and of course...Shuswap Lake! Jump on the boat and take a cruise to the Floating store and Pub in the Narrows - "Shark Shack and Sea Store", a trip to Copper Island or even the Rope Swing! You may also explore the bike paths at the Shuswap Lake Provincial Park. Anglemont Marina and Captains Village Marina are local to our area, where they offer a store, boat moorage, boat launch and and a variety of watercraft rentals and supplies. There are also many other boat launches in the North Shuswap for public use. There is a great Pub close by - The Scotch Creek Hub, that serves amazing food, Ice cream shack, great service and holds live entertainment events on the weekends in high season. Just next to The Hub is the Family Fun Centre - Mini Golf, Bowling, Arcade Games, Bikes, Carnival Food/ drinks and lots of fun promised here! In Scotch Creek, you will also find a big Grocery store, Hardware store, Drug Store, local Library, Paradise Pizza, Food truck, shops and more!
SLEDDING - Crowfoot Mountain is one of BCs best kept Sledding destinations! Beautiful 20sq kilometers of back country riding with amazing views of the Shuswap Valley. Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft. This Vacation Rental is approximately 10 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging Area!
