Unlike most other beach cities, the bungalow opens right onto the beach, not a public sidewalk. Relax on the beach patio, sun porch or right on the sand in front of the bungalow. The bungalow is three rooms of the owner's home and is perfect for an extended getaway to enjoy the full benefits of the beach life - and have a solid internet connection, high end audio and video systems and plenty of your favorite shows on the 65" TV!
Now that you can work from anywhere - why not work and play on the beach for a month? Work can be fitted in to the many pleasures of the beach. Your exercise program can now include biking down the 20 miles of bike paths along the beach, running in the sand or on the path. Work on your yoga practice in the morning inside or outside on the beach.
You can also walk along the water at sunset and watch the boats come in to the Marina del Rey breakwater and get close to the boats on the jetty as they go by.
Enjoy an intimate dinner for two in the comfortable indoor dining booth or at the outdoor table on the patio. You will certainly never stay in an LA Hotel again!!
Stroll along the shore, take in the awe-inspiring sunsets or watch the sailboat races in the Marina. Swim in the ocean or take our bikes out on the beach bike paths.
You will love the Great Room with floor to ceiling glass doors folding back to create an amazing indoor/outdoor space to enjoy the beach.
With the prevailing wind off the Pacific, you can open the folding doors that allow you to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. Or, just crack the door with the stopper, or open the windows and let the sea air wash over you!
You will also love the indoor and outdoor Lutron Lighting system that provides wonderful pre-set lighting for every mood inside and outside.
The Great Room is anchored by a beautiful 10-foot single piece island of multi-colored Brazilian Blue Granite.
In the afternoon bring down one of the automatic shades. Later on you can bring up the shades to enjoy the sunset. Then close the shades for the evening after the sunset, and enjoy the rest of your evening.
Outside on the patio there is a Lynx three burner grill with IR for cooking, an outdoor space heater for eating outside, and a Fire Table to keep the night warm and comfortable into the night.
The bungalow is near Silicon Beach, Culver City, LAX and all LA freeways.
The proximity to LAX makes it an easy way to start and end your stay in LA.

Indoor dining area has extra table that is great for a work desk that looks out to the beach. There is also an outside patio glass dining table with a big umbrella and seating for 4.
Large additional Sun Porch area for you to relax on a lounge chair and take in some Vitamin D.
Note: The bungalow opens right onto the beach, and importantly, there is not a sidewalk in front of the patio - as there is in most beach cities.

Play dominoes, backgammon and card games on the outdoor patio. Or just chill on the porch with a book, or sunbathe on the chaise lounges with your favorite cool drink!
