The accommodations include: pillow top king bed and 39" flat screen TV in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, 42” flat screen TV and stereo in the living room, wireless internet, telephone, full size washer/dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, patio set, barbeque and all the accessories of home.
There is also a lovely, resort style heated pool, spa and a fitness center for your enjoyment.
The complex is located along a canal that has a concrete walking path and hiking trails to the nearby McDowell mountain range. There is easy access to Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and the Loop 101 (Pima Freeway). Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is only 25 minutes away. The world renowned Mayo Clinic is a 5 minute drive.
Major shopping areas are close by, including; Kierland, Borgata Market, El Pedregal, Fashion Square Mall in Old Town and many Outlet Malls.
