more. And minutes to Rio Grand Recreation
Center where you'll find a family friendly
swimming pool. If you are looking for more
activities you are just minutes to a large number
of recreation centers offering billiards rooms,
card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball
courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe
pits. Hacienda Country Club and Chula Vista Rec are so close if you're looking for more, about 10 minutes by golf cart you can be at Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center where you'll find manyorganized activities, arts & crafts room, sport

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you

home. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare & serve meals. The dining room seats up to 4comfortably making a great place to entertain new and old friends! The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The
master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest
bedroom queen size Murphy Bed for your guest.
when they come to visit and enjoy. The
bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with
extra towels and linens. Need a get away area to
relax and enjoy some quiet time in the sun? The
charming enclosed lanai offers seating for you to
enjoy reading the morning paper and coffee or
afternoon sun. It's also a great place to sit and
relax at the end of a busy day of activities. When
you feel like lounging in the warm Florida sunshine
grab vour favorite snack, stretch out on the zero gravity chair in your private courtyard. Or relax in the four man, private Hot Tub.
