Guest access
You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate with no shared common areas, so feel free to come and go as you please. Please note this is a lower level basement suite and we live on the upper level.
The neighborhood
This is one of the best neighborhoods in the city. While it is quiet and family-friendly, we are still within walking distance to excellent restaurants and cafes, most of which you can walk right into on a weekend night and grab a table. They are just busy enough to feel like you're in the heart of the city, but with the ease of not having a long wait! If you like to do a daily walk or jog, this is an excellent neighborhood for it: safe, friendly, and easy to get around.

Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum as this house is 100 years old. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Our home was built in the 1920s and is chock full of craftsman charm. Because of that, tall people beware in the basement, you'll need to duck when you're going through some of the doors.
Because the suite is in our basement, while very unlikely during your stay, we may need to access the space for the laundry, storage, or fuse box.
